If inside you something is bothering, be sure to find way to share it to someone you trust or to anyone concern so that the burden that cause the heaviness in your heart and mind will be lessen until it is cleared.  In the absence of no one to share, put it in writing everything related to that situation so that the heartache or anger will subside, then go out from your solitude and join a company or group.

Time heals the wound, a saying goes.  After you gain your balance, reread what you write, and you will laugh at it.
