Ingredients:

1/2 pc. – fried boneless milkfish
3 cloves – minced garlic
1 pc – sliced onion
2 pcs – chopped tomatoes
1 head – broccoli
1 head – cauliflower
1/2 tsp – fish sauce
1 tbsp – soy sauce
1 tbsp – oyster sauce
1 cup – water
salt
pepper

In a pan, pour 2 tablespoons oil, fry garlic until golden brown, onion for a minute, and tomatoes. Add broccoli and cauliflower, fried boneless milkfish (bangus), pour fish saude, 1 soy sauce, 1 oyster sauce and water, bring to a boil until the vegetables are soften. Add salt and pepper to taste. Stir and simmer for 3 minutes.
