6 cloves garlic, crushed
1 pc medium onion sliced
1 tbsp grated ginger
1 pack sweet ham slice into 1/2 inch strip
3 tbsp margarine
3 box raisins
8 cups cooked rice
1 can(439g) Del Monte pineapple tidbits drained (reserved syrup)
1/4 kg cabbage cut into small strips
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp salt


1. Saute garlic, onion, ginger, sweet ham in margarine. Add 3 tbsp pineapple syrup,
raisins, soy sauce, salt and pepper. Cover and simmer for 2 minutes, add cabbage
simmer for another 1 minute.

2. Add rice, pineapple tidbits. Cook with constant stirring for 2 minutes.

3. Ready to serve..
