INGREDIENTS
5    pcs    bacon, fried and cut into 3
 1    pc     medium onion, chopped
 6    cloves garlic minced
 2    tbsp   margarine
 1/4  kg     cabbage, shredded
 1    pc     red bell pepper, strips
 6    cups   cooked rice
 1    stalk  green onion, sliced
 3/4  cup    water
 1    tsp    salt
 1    pinch  ground pepper
PROCEDURE
1. Sauce bacon until oil is extracted and set aside. Add margarine to the bacon oil, then saute
 garlic, onion, red bell pepper for few minutes. Add water, cabbage, salt and ground pepper,
 let it cook for 2 minutes.
2. Add bacon, green onion and cooked rice. Mix well. Cook for 3 minutes, stirring constantly.
Ready to serve.
