3 pcs chorizo
1 pc medium onion, chopped
4 cloves garlic minced
1 pc green bell pepper
2 tbsp cooking oil
1 stalk leek, sliced
1 tsp table salt
1 pack small Dole tomato sauce
6 cups cooked rice
1/2 cup water


1. Saute chorizo until oil is extracted, then set aside. Add cooking oil, saute garlic, onion,
leek and bell pepper. Add water, tomato sauce and salt, stirring it constantly for 2 minutes.

2. Add chorizo and cooked rice, mix well cooking it for 3 minutes with continues stirring.

Ready to serve.
