INGREDIENTS
6  cloves       garlic, crushed
 1  pc           medium onion, sliced
 2  tbsp         soy sauce
 2  tbsp         oyster sauce
 1  can (234 g)  Del Monte Pineapple Tidbits, drained, reserve syrup
 3  bunches      swamp cabbage (kangkong), leaves and tender stalks only
 cut into 2 inches long
 1/8 tsp         ground pepper
PROCEDURE
1. Saute half of garlic until brown. Set aside.
2. Saute remaining garlic and onion, add soy sauce, oyster sauce,
 pineapple syrup, pepper and swamp cabbage. Simmer until almost
 cooked and add pineapple tidbits.  Simmer for few minutes.
 Top with fried garlic before serving.
