INGREDIENTS
250 grams tofu, crispy fried and sliced
250 grams asparagus, cut into 2 inches
500 grams broccoli, divided into small florets
2 tbsp oyster sauce
3 tbsp vegetable oil
PROCEDURES
1. Blanch asparagus and broccoli for 3 minutes.
2. Heat the oil in a frying pan, add the broccoli and saute,
then add the asparagus pieces and saute.
3. Add the oyster sauce, fried tofu and mix well.
