2 pcs Chorizo, diced
6 cloves garlic, crushed
1 pc medium onion
3 pcs medium tomatoes, diced
1 cup macaroni
2 pcs eggplants, cut into cubes and soaked in water
1-1/2 tbsp salt
1/2 tsp ground pepper
1. Saute chorizo until oil comes out and remove excess oil.
Add garlic and saute until brown add onion and saute.
2. Add 4-!/2 vegetable stock, 1-1/2 tbsp rock salt, 1/4 tsp pepper,
del monte spaghetti sauce and macaroni. Cook for 8 minutes.
3. Add eggplants and cook for another 5 minutes.
Ready to serve.
