Fruity Shrimp Salad
8 pcs medium shrimps
1-1/2 kg ripe mango
1 can(850G)Del Monte Fiesta Fruit Cocktail, drained (reserved syrup)
1/3 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp condensed milk
1. Cook shrimps in 1/4 cup fruit cocktail syrup for 5 minutes.
Remove shells and cut into small pieces.
2. Cut mango into cubes and soak in remaining syrup for 5 minutes and drain.
Combine with fruit cocktail and shrimps.
3. Combine mayonnaise and condensed milk and add to the mixture.
Mix well, chill until ready to serve.
