1/4 kg snow peas
1 pc red bell pepper
1 pc green red pepper
3 tbsp olive oil
1/2 kg rice, soaked for 15 minutes
100 ml white wine
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 tsp turmeric
101/2 kg sea foods
1 liter prawn stock
1. Dice the red and green peppers. Cook the prawns in 1 liter of water for 3 minutes, set aside the stock.
Peel half of the prawns and slice. Boil the crab until cook. Boil the clam and mussels
for 3 minutes and set aside.
2. Heat the paella pan, add the diced peppers and the rice over medium heat, stirring.
Add the wine and season to taste with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with turmeric.
3. Add the sliced prawns and crab meat to the rice. Pour in the stock, add snow peas
and cook for about 20 minutes. Arrange remaining sea foods over the rice and let it
stand for 3 minutes or until the rice is cooked.
