Hawaiian Rice Medley
1 pc egg, cooked as omelet then cut into strips
1 head garlic, crushed
1 medium onion, chopped
1 pc small carrot, diced
2 pcs medium ears corn, grated into kernels
1 can (439g)Del Monte Pineapple tidbits, drained
100 g sweet ham, cut into strips
1 cup shredded cabbage
5-1/2 cups cooked rice
3 stalks green onion, chopped
1. Saute garlic, onion, carrots and corn. Add 1/4 cup water and simmer until corn is tender.
2. Add ham, cabbage and rice, season with salt and pepper, and 2 tbsp soy sauce.
Cook for 10 minutes while stirring, add pineapple tidbits, egg strips and green onions.
