1 can tuna in flakes, drained
1 pc medium onion, sliced
6 cloves garlic, crushed
2 pcs medium tomatoes, minced
1/2 cup green peas
3 pcs medium potato, cut into chunks
1 pc medium carrot, cut into chunks
100 g baguio beans, sliced diagonally
1 pc medium red bell pepper, cut into 1 inch square
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp corn starch, dissolved
salt and pepper to taste
Saute garlic, onion, and tomato. Add potatoes, carrots and saute. Add 1-1/3 cups water and simmer for 5 minutes.
Add tuna, salt, pepper, baguio beans and green peas and simmer for another 5 minutes.
Add dissolved cornstarch and cook until thick.
