400 g beef, cut into chunks
2 pcs medium potatoes, cut into chunks
1 pc siling labuyo
1 tbsp Mamacita Caldereta powder
1 pc small red bell pepper, cut into strips
1 can small green peas
1 can small liver spread


1. Simmer beef in 2 cups water with 3/4 tbsp rock salt until tender. Add potatoes and siling labuyo, simmer until potatoes are tender. Add caldereta powder, bell pepper, green peas and liver spread. Cook for 5 minutes.
